ReplyDeletei want this scarf sooo bad! personally, i like funky accessories but i would keep the rest of my ensemble very simple. i envision a simple white tee and skinny jeans with nude pumps (nine west luceros if on a budget, or christian louboutins if splurging:). to spice this simple but classic outfit a bit i would add a very fancy nadbag (like a new rose-printed Louis Vuitton satchel, if i can ever afford it, lol)and i would add a set of orchid necklace and earrrings just to make sure my outfit is unique. there is a million ways to dress this scarf up or down but the most important thing is that it goes with almost any outfit and individual style is what matters in the end! i am a big fan of scarves and i have been coveting this one for a longest time. i hope you consider my simple (mostly because i haven't figured out how to make it pretty)polyvore set- http://www.polyvore.com/tolani_scarf/set?id=7737998

I would wear it with my lux (uo) layered silk tank top tucked in my dark blue high waisted penicil skirt from H&M, textured thin tights, and vintage boots, all under my gray suede coat.

Lovely scarf!! I'd wear it this spring with my long line sailor boatneck tee, leather jacket, black leggings and knee high boots. Or with a floral maxi dress, cardigan and strappy flat sandals. Or plain white tee, boyfriend blazer, skinny jeans and ballet flats. So many outfit choices can't write them all down!

ReplyDeleteI would simply wear this scarf with a white tank layered on top of a light blue tank and maroon colored shorts. Then for shoes I’d opt for some fringe heels so most of the outfit is focusing on complimenting the scarf.

I'd make sure its long enough so I could tie it bandeau and halter style around my upper half. Then on the bottom half, I'd wear a white or fading maroon skirt/shorts and throw on fringe heels. This is for the beach....

I'd definitely want to highlight the scarf, so I'd probably wear it with one of my many tank tops in blue or black--with a jacket if it's chilly. And jeans or a cute skirt with boots or sandals, depending on the occasion.

The wonderful thing about this scarf is that it is so versatile. It can work with many different outfits. I could wear it with a white t and jeans, a white button-up and jeans, a white shirt and khaki pants, a white button-up and chocolate brown pants...
ReplyDeleteBut it's not limited to use with white. I have a pink tee and a rose wrap top I'd like to see with this. I'm pretty sure my burgundy tee would set it off wonderfully. I've a peach button-up on my wish list which would probably make a fantastic background... and any one of those would go with the aforementioned jeans and pants! I also have goldtone and silvertone jewelry, some with rose quarts and some with turquoise and blue topaz, that would complete the looks.
